Ingredients

step 1

Pulse chocolate cookies until fine crumbs are formed. Add melted butter and pulse until it resembles sand. 

step 2

Line pan with parchment paper. Place crust in pan and lightly pack down with measuring cup.

step 3

Beat cream cheese, vanilla, coconut sugar, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

step 4

Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks are formed. Fold whipping cream into pumpkin mixture.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
