Ingredients

step 1

Cut vegetables. Heat olive oil, garlic, and shallots until shimmering. Stir in spices.

step 2

Add pumpkin, sweet potato, and broth to pot. Cook until sweet potato is soft. 

step 3

Make goat cheese crema by whisking together goat cheese and milk until smooth.

step 4

Use an immersion blender to blend soup until consistency is smooth.

Top with goat cheese crema and enjoy!
