Ingredients

step 1

Create the stir fry sauce by combining coconut aminos, honey, olive oil, spices, sesame seeds until smooth.

step 2

Add the salmon cubes to a large bowl and pour the sauce on top. Toss to coat.

step 3

Place the salmon in a skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining stir fry sauce and cook. Gently flip the fish over and cook until it is pink almost all the way through.

step 4

Set salmon aside. Add veggies with extra olive oil to the skillet until vegetable are soft and slightly charred. Add the salmon and cook until pink all the way through.

Plate and enjoy!
