Toasted Coconut Flakes

step 1

Mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Combine batter and bake in sheet pan. 

step 2

Bake the shredded coconut until golden brown. 

step 3

Mix coconut with caramel sauce and spread over the chocolate cake. 

step 4

Drizzle with melted chocolate. 

Cut into squares and enjoy!
