Ingredients

step 1

Melt SunButter in a pot with maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir until mixture is smooth and thick. Add vanilla extract. 

step 2

Mix the cereal into the SunButter mixture. Use a spatula to coat all of the cereal. 

step 3

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cereal mixture over the paper in an even layer. 

step 4

Melt the chocolate over low heat. Stir continuously to prevent burning. 

step 5

Spread the chocolate over the layer of cereal. Allow to set on countertop.

Slice into bars and enjoy!
