Ingredients

step 1

Mix egg, coconut oil, vanilla and maple syrup in a bowl until combined. Fold in tapioca and almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda. 

step 2

Add in any extra morsels like sea salt, chopped nuts, shaved chocolate, etc.

step 3

Transfer the dough onto parchment paper and knead a few times. 

step 4

Press the dough into a log by rolling it with the palms of your hands until it is between 10 and 12 inches long. 

step 5

Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least an hour. 

step 5

Slice each log and bake in the oven.
