Saute olive oil with diced onions and chopped garlic in pot until onions become translucent. Stir often to prevent burning.
Add spices. Onions should turn a soft brown color and continue to cook.
Drain and rinse can of cannellini beans before adding to pot. Drain and add corn. Add chilies and toss to mix.
Stir in pulled chicken and broth. Mix well to incorporate. Turn stove up to medium-high so chili reaches a simmer.
Fold in cream cheese and greek yogurt. Stir well with a rubber spatula or spoon to distribute. Allow to simmer and thicken.
