Ingredients

step 1

Cook onions and garlic in olive oil until soft and transparent.

step 2

Add tomato paste and spices to skillet. Cook until tomato sauce becomes brick red and begins to caramelize.  

step 3

Cook pasta until al dente. Set aside. Add non-dairy milk, coconut cream, and vodka to skillet. Turn heat to low.

step 4

Add pasta, pasta water, and parmesan to skillet. Cook until sauce thickens and water evaporates.

Top with fresh herbs and grated parmesan and enjoy!
