Fruity Fig Filling
Beat butter and coconut sugar. Add vanilla and egg and beat well. Fold in flours and baking soda. Form a ball and place in fridge.
Heat strawberries, figs, lemon juice, and honey in skillet until fruit is soft. Blend in food processor.
Roll out the dough and spread filling. Roll the left side of the dough followed by the right side of the dough. Press into a log shape and cut. Bake.
