Ingredients

step 1

Preheat the oven and prepare the bell peppers. 

step 2

Saute the onion and garlc. 

step 3

Brown the meat, and break up into smaller pieces. 

step 4

Stir in the marinara with the meat sauce and simmer. 

step 5

Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture, then ricotta, then meat mixture. Top with mozzarella. 

step 6

Bake until the cheese is melted and peppers are soft.
