Ingredients

step 1

Remove the skins from the baked sweet potatoes and place in a mixing bowl.  Whip the sweet potatoes until smooth.

step 2

Pour the whipped sweet potatoes into a casserole dish. You can use a 9 inch oval dish or a 9 or 8 inch square dish.

step 3

Mix the streusel in a separate bowl. Crumble the mixture over the casserole and bake until golden. 

Serve warm and enjoy!
