Ingredients

Sauté shallot, mushrooms, and garlic over medium heat.

Cook the pasta until al dente according to box instructions.

Add lemon juice, parmesan, and milk to the skillet. Add truffle oil, salt, and pepper once off heat.

Drain pasta and toss noodles in sauce.
