step 1

Prepare the strawberry "jam" by chopping strawberries, adding maple syrup, and smashing. Add chia seeds and mix.

Whisk almond flour and tapioca flour. Add cold water and solid coconut oil. Mix until clumps form.

Add the maple syrup to the mixture and stir. Add cold water if it is too dry.

Sprinkle tapioca flour on parchment paper. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and roll into 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out heat shapes.

Spoon strawberry jam on top of half of the hearts. Press the palm of your hand over the other half of the hearts to spread them out.

Seal the pop tart with a fork and brush with melted vegan butter or egg wash. Bake until golden brown.

Melt coconut butter on stove. Add pink food coloring once melted.
