step 1

Heat chocolate chips and coconut cream in pot over medium-low. Stir until chocolate is melted. 

step 2

Add a spoonful of chocolate mixture to arrowroot starch. Add back to pot along with vanilla and sea salt. Stir. 

step 3

Pour the mousse into individual serving dishes and chill in fridge for 30 minutes until set. 

step 4

Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and strawberries.
