Ingredients

step 1

Toss blueberries with tapioca flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

step 2

Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a fork. Add cold butter and work into flour. The butter will start to look like sand. Add milk until a dough forms.

step 3

Pour the blueberries and juices into a pan. Flatten the dough and lay them over the blueberries. Sprinkle extra cane sugar and bake until golden.

Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
