I’m Ansley Beutler! I am an Atlanta-based gal with a love for all things health and fitness. I live in a charming little condo with my super lively husband, Stephen, and cute-as-a-button puppy, Pippa. Between the three of us, the kitchen is always occupied. I do all the cooking - playing around with food and developing healthy recipes, Stephen does most of the eating - giving me his expert feedback, and Pippa…well, she provides the snuggles.
I absolutely love being active; I spend the majority of my weekends in athleisure. I firmly believe in moving your body but I think the key is finding what motivates YOU because that is different for everyone. I bounce around from quick HIIT sessions, 75 minute group fitness classes, and some long runs in between to clear the mind (these are my favorite).
When not in the kitchen or getting my sweat on, I’m either watching Netflix on the couch with my husband & pup (Narcos, The Crown, and House of Cards are a few of our favorites), shopping at Anthropologie (I may have a problem), or walking along the Beltline (a super cool paved trail in Atlanta with all our favorite bars, coffee cafes, and shops).
What is The Fit Peach?
TFP is a health + fitness lifestyle blog. It’s where I share my passion for overall wellness, sweaty workouts, and most importantly, how BALANCE is the root of it all. To me, living a healthy lifestyle has room for anything & everything - it’s all about what you make of it! I cannon-balled into this lifestyle a couple years ago and haven’t looked back. I strive to share (but I really want to scream it from the rooftops) this incredible style of living - it’s fun & exciting and full of endorphins & whole foods (and a little wine ;).
I’m not a nutritionist, or a fitness trainer, I’m actually an accountant (riveting, I know). I’ve suffered from disordered eating & negative body image and have been at the end of my rope more times than I’d like to admit. However, I believe a lot of those past struggles could have been avoided had I not fallen into society’s expectations and quite honestly the immense pressure I put on my own self. I now like to call myself a happy foodie as I have found the joy in making healthy fun again! It doesn’t have to be complicated. I’m here to share all of my tips, tricks, recipes, and inspo so that you too can find the sweet sweet balance in this chaotic world. So grab a fork and follow along!
