Ingredients

step 1

Mix coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and honey until smooth.

step 2

Add tapioca flour, almond flour, baking soda, and baking powder and mix until smooth dough forms.

step 3

In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.

step 4

Sprinkle tapioca flour onto parchment paper and roll out dough.

step 5

Spread filling over the dough. Roll dough tightly from one side of parchment paper to the other.

step 6

Slice into rolls with floss or string. Bake in the oven until golden brown.

Prepare icing and pour icing over cinnamon rolls after cooling slightly.
