Bake the butternut squash in the oven until soft. Set aside to cool down.
Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the back of the box.
Add the sauce ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir until the noodles are coated.
Top with sea salt and fresh herbs and enjoy!
