Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Step 1 : Mix the wet ingredients
First, mix the almond butter, egg, coconut oil, vanilla together. Then add the coconut sugar and mix until creamy.
Step 2 : Fold in the dry ingredients
Next, add the almond flour and baking soda and fold into the batter until no flour clumps remain.
Step 3 : Add the chocolate chips
Finally, add the butterscotch and chocolate chips to the bowl and fold into the batter.
Step 4 : Scoop onto baking sheet
Scoop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden brown.
