Ingredients

step 1

Toss the raw cashews in melted coconut oil and sea salt. Spread evenly on a baking tray and roast until golden brown.

step 2

Extract vanilla bean seeds from vanilla bean. Use a sharp knife to open the bean pod and use a spoon to scrape beans seeds out.

step 3

Add cashews and vanilla bean seeds in food processor. Blend until creamy. Scrape down the sides until running smoothly.

Scoop into a glass jar and enjoy!
