Ingredients

step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 2-3 thin slices. Toss chicken in the spices. Cook on both sides and set aside.

Add the corn to the skillet and lightly char.

Add all dressing ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth.

step 4

Cook the rice and set aside. Assemble bowls and top with creamy yogurt sauce.

Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
