Ingredients

Step 1 : Dissolve the coconut sugar

In a microwave safe glass, combine the water, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Warm it up in the microwave.

Step 2 : Pour espresso over ice

Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice. Pour the espresso (or cold brew) over top of the ice.

Step 3 : Add the coconut sugar mixture and vanilla

Next pour the cinnamon coconut sugar mixture over top of the espresso. Add the vanilla extract.

Step 4 : Shake!

Place a lid on top of the mason jar or another cup over the cocktail shaker. Shake the jar up and down vigorously for at least 20 seconds.

Step 5 : Pour over ice

Fill two glasses with ice. First pour in the shaken espresso mixture. Then top it off with the oat milk.
