Pour the oats into a large mixing bowl.

Add nut milk, maple syrup, espresso, and vanilla. Stir to incorporate.

Sprinkle the chia seeds into the mix and stir.

Place in fridge in airtight container and allow to chill for at least 4 hours.

Pour into a glass, top with espresso, and enjoy!
