How to Make Cappuccino Overnight Oats

  1. First, pour your oats (these are my favorite) into a large mixing bowl (depending on how many servings you are making)
  2. Next, add the nut milk, maple syrup, espresso, and vanilla and stir to incorporate
  3. Sprinkle the chia seeds into the mix and stir to disperse the seeds into the oats
  4. Transfer the oats to an airtight container and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to set
  5. Once the oats have set, pour into a glass jar, top with a little extra espresso and toppings of choice, and dig in!
