step 1

Drain chickpeas and use a towel to dry. Toss chickpeas in melted coconut oil. Spread out on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake until golden.

step 2

Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss the chickpeas in the spices while still hot.

step 3

Allow chickpeas to cool and eat as a snack, add to meals, or add to trail mix.
