Ingredients

step 1

Chop salmon into pieces after removing skin, 

step 2

Mix in the rest of the salmon cake ingredients. Then, add half of the oat flour to bind ingredients. 

step 3

Form patties and toss in oat flour. 

step 4

Place salmon in a hot skillet with olive oil. Cook for a minute on each side and place on wire rack to cool slightly.

step 5

Prepare the sauce and mix until creamy.

Drizzle sauce and enjoy!
