Ingredients

Step 1 : mash the bananas

Mix the dry ingredient together in a small bowl.

Step 2 : coat the shrimp

Pat the shrimp dry, dip in the egg wash, and then toss in the flour mixture to coat.

Step 3 : cook on skillet

Cook the shrimp in a skillet with oil for 1 - 2 minutes on each side.

Step 4 : prepare the sauce

Stir together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Toss the shrimp in the sauce and enjoy!
