Step 1 : prepare the filling
Heat the blueberries in a pot along with the maple syrup and lemon juice until soft.
Step 2 : mix the dry dough ingredients
Blend the dry flour ingredients together in a food processor.
Step 3 : pulse in the wet dough ingredients
Add the remaining dough ingredients and pulse until a large ball of dough forms.
Step 4 : roll out dough and add filling
Roll out the dough and add the filling on top.
Step 5 : seal and bake
Seal the pop tart with another piece of dough and bake until golden.
Step 6 : prepare the icing
Mix together the icing ingredients.
Drizzle icing over top and enjoy!
