INGREDIENTS

step 1

Prepare the crust.

Press crust into pans and bake until golden brown.

Heat the egg and yolks in a pot with the lime juice and honey.

Stir in the remaining filling ingredients and pour into cooled crusts. Refrigerate to set.

Prepare the coconut whipped cream (optional).

Top with whipped coconut cream and a lime slice and enjoy!
