step 1

Prepare vegan buttermilk by mixing coconut milk and apple cider vinegar. Set aside. Add dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix. Add wet ingredients. Add vegan buttermilk. Mix and let sit. 

step 2

Use cookie scoop to form balls. Roll in coconut sugar and cinnamon. Place 3-4 balls in each muffin tin liner in muffin pan. 

step 3

Drizzle maple syrup into each muffin tin liner. Bake in the oven until golden brown. 

Top with melted coconut butter and enjoy!
