Ingredients

step 1

Beat butter and sugars until well-combined. 

step 2

Add egg and vanilla nd beat well. 

step 3

Fold baking soda and oat flour into mixture. Use speed mixer on low if necessary. Do not overmix. 

step 4

Fold in chocolate chips. 

step 5

Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and center is just set. Use large cookie cutter to form cookie into circle.

Eat warm and enjoy!
