Ingredients

step 1

Slice goat cheese log into four equal pieces and roll into patties. Place on a plate and freeze until firm.

step 2

Roll each ball in a bowl of tapioca flour. Dip in egg wash followed by crushed crackers,

step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook patties until golden and crispy on both sides.

step 4

Add all ingredients to a jar and mix or shake to combine.
