Ingredients

step 1

Mash the bananas with fork to break up any large chunks. Mash them up until they reach a slightly thick consistency. 

step 2

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, almond butter, and vanilla until well-mixed. Add mashed bananas and mix until creamy. 

step 3

Add almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder to bowl. Fold to incorporate. Don't over mix.  

step 4

Add chocolate chips to the bowl and fold in with rubber spatula. Mix until chocolate chips are distributed. 

step 5

Pour the batter into a lined 8 inch loaf pan. Bake until bread has risen and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. 

Garnish with sea salt and enjoy!
