INGREDIENTS

step 1

Add the pumpkin, coconut milk, coconut sugar, and vanilla to a bowl and mix until smooth.

step 2

Add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until a large ball of dough forms.

step 3

Shape dough into circle about 2 inches thick, slice into triangles, and bake.

step 4

Drizzle icing over top of scones.

Top with pumpkin granola and enjoy!
