Ingredients

step 1

In a large bowl, mix softened butter with brown and granulated sugar. After mixing, add egg and vanilla extract and mix again.

In the same bowl, gently fold in 1 1/3 cups of flour and the baking soda. Mix until combined.

step 3

Divide the dough into separate bowls. In the first bowl, mix an extra tablespoon of flour. In the second bowl add cocoa powder. Combine and mix on low until marbled.

step 4

Portion out cookies, roll dough into balls, and roll each ball in cane sugar. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until edges are golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy!
