Ingredients

Step 1 : Blend frozen bananas

Place your frozen banana slices in a food processor and blend until they are chopped up.

Step 2 : Add the almond milk

Add the almond milk to the processor and continue to blend until creamy. It should look more like soft serve ice cream now!

Step 3 : Add the dates and extracts

Next, add the dates, vanilla, and peppermint extract to the processor and blend until the dates have been broken up.

Step 4 : Add the chocolate

Add in the chopped chocolate chips and pulse a few times to distribute in the mixture.

Serving

Serve immediately as soft serve or let the nice cream set in the freezer for an hour for more of an "ice cream" feel.

Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
