Cream Cheese Icing

step 1

Beat together coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, eggs, vanilla, coconut sugar, and coconut oil until smooth. 

step 2

Slowly add the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt to the bowl. After flour is mixed in, add plenty of food dye. 

step 3

Grease bundt pan with coconut oil and pour batter in pan. Bake bundt cake in the oven. 

step 4

Mix the icing ingredients until smooth. 

step 5

Take cake out of bundt pan. Pour icing over cooled bundt cake. Icing will solidify within 20 minutes. 

Cut into slices and enjoy!
