Ingredients

step 1

Make quinoa according to package instructions. Then, add lime juice and zest, cilantro, and sea salt. Toss.

step 2

Dry salmon. Rub salmon with seasoning mixture and honey.

step 3

Cook salmon on both sides until center is opaque pink.

step 4

Cut mango and set aside.

step 5

Prepare the rest of the salsa and cool in fridge.
