Maple Cinnamon Flavor

step 1

Mash the banana on a plate with the back of a fork or mix with a stand mixer with paddle attachment.

In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla.

Add gluten free 1:1 flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the bowl and gently fold. Bake in three 6-inch cake pans.

Prepare icing by beating softened butter. Add cinnamon, maple syrup, and powdered sugar. Mix and add powdered sugar until desired consistency.

Shave the tops of each cake to make flat layers. Place one cake layer on stand. Spread icing over layer until it reaches the edge. Repeat for the 2 other cake layers. 

Top with whipped cream and bananas and enjoy!
