Sweet and Savory
Beat together coconut milk and apple cider. Add maple syrup, flowers, baking soda and powder. Beat until a ball forms.
Roll out the dough. Cut in half and then cut each half into 8 equal rectangles. Cut diagonally through each rectangle.
Use the parchment paper to roll the sausage up by placing it on the wider side of the triangle of dough. Press the dough gently to seal it.
Place pigs in a blanket on a lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash or melted oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake until dough is golden.
