Valentine's Day Strawberry Pop Tarts

with 3 different icing options!

Ingredients

Fresh strawberries

Maple syrup

Almond flour

Tapioca flour

Chia seeds

Coconut oil

Roll out dough and cut into heart shapes

Roll the dough out on a piece of parchment paper and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cutout hearts.

Add the strawberry filling

Then top half of the hearts with the strawberry filling. Be sure to leave some room along the edges.

Place another heart on top, seal around the edges with the back of a fork, and brush with melted vegan butter.

Seal and bake!

Drizzle with icing

Choose between classic powdered sugar, melted coconut butter, or melted white chocolate and make it pink!
