INGREDIENTS

step 1

Beat the coconut milk and apple cider vinegar together in a bowl.

step 2

Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla and mix until creamy.

step 3

Add the flours and mix until a large ball of dough forms.

step 4

Prepare the pumpkin spice filling.

step 5

Roll out the dough on a piece of parchment paper.

step 6

Spread pumpkin spice mixture on top.

step 7

Roll up the dough and slice into 2 inch cinnamon rolls and bake.

step 8

Prepare the icing.

Top cinnamon rolls with icing and enjoy!
