Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk plain and unsweetened
  • 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
  • 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup plus extra to top, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt plus extra to top, optional

Instructions

  • Heat the almond milk in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer.

  • While almond milk is heating, make the espresso or strong coffee. Pour all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined.
    2 shots espresso, 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Pour into 2 coffee mugs and top with an extra drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
