Frozen Electrolyte Slushies (4 ways)

These frozen electrolyte smoothies not only have rehydrating characteristics but they also are a great way to cool off this summer! The flavor possibilities are endless. I crafted 4 of my favorite combinations below - enjoy!

Ingredients

Base ingredients

  • 2 cup ice
  • 2 cup coconut water or sparkling water or regular water
  • 1 cup frozen fruit I used cherries, peaches, strawberries, and blackberries
  • 1 packet electrolytes any flavor, I used citrus, orange, watermelon, and raspberry

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until you reach a slushie consistency.
    2 cup ice, 2 cup coconut water, 1 cup frozen fruit, 1 packet electrolytes
  • Serve immediately in two glasses with large straws and enjoy!
