Ingredients

Burger Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef 90% lean preferred
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos

Tomato Salad

  • 4 oz grape tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • teaspoon sea salt

Sweet Potato Wedges

  • 1 medium sweet potato cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon sea salt

To Assemble

  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • ½ cup pickles

Burger Sauce

  • ¼ cup avocado mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Roast Sweet Potatoes. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss wedges with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet (don’t overcrowd) and roast 24–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Cook the Beef. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef. Break it up in large chunks (not crumbled). Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire. Stir to coat, then remove from heat.

  • Make Tomato Salad. Toss halved tomatoes and red onion with lime juice and salt in a small bowl.

  • Mix the Sauce. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl or jar until smooth.

  • Assemble Burger Bowls. Layer shredded lettuce in bowls and top with beef, tomato salad, avocado, pickles, sweet potato wedges, and a generous drizzle of sauce.

Notes

Storage : Store the bowl ingredients in separate airtight containers in the fridge. The beef and potato wedges will keep fresh for 4-5 days, the sauce will last for up to one week, and the veggies store well for 1-2 days.
