In a crockpot or slow cooker, add the chunks of chicken breast, diced onion, garam masala, ginger, tumeric, cumin, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss well to distribute the spices. Scatter the chunks of butter of the chicken, place the lid on the crockpot, and slow cook on low for 5 - 6 hours or on high for 3 - 4 hours.
