Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 16 oz biscuit cereal I used whole wheat
  • cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate in a pot over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.

  • Stir in the cashew butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined, then remove from heat.

  • Put the biscuit cereal in a large bowl and pour the melted mixture over it. Toss until all the cereal is coated.

  • Add ⅓ cup powdered sugar to a large zip-top bag, then add the coated cereal. Add the remaining ⅓ cup powdered sugar on top. Seal the bag and shake well until everything is covered.

  • Pour into a bowl and enjoy! It’s especially good chilled. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
