Step 1 : blend the dates
Puree' the dates in a food processor until well blended.
Step 2 : mix ingredients together
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well coated in sunflower butter.
Step 3 - press into pan
Press the dough into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper and let it set up in the fridge.
Step 4 - cut and drizzle with chocolate
Once set, cut into rectangles and drizzle melted chocolate over top.
