Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies

 Chocolate

Coconut oil

Coconut sugar

Almond flour

Eggs

Cacao powder

Step 1 - beat the eggs and coconut sugar

This is the key to the fudgy texture. Beat the eggs and coconut sugar until thick and creamy.

Then add the melted chocolate and fold with a rubber spatula until incorporated.

Step 2 - add melted chocolate

Step 3 - add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips

Next add the dry ingredients and fold again to incorporate the flours. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 4 - scoop onto pan and bake

Finally, scoop the batter onto a pan lined with parchment paper and bake!

Let cool slightly and enjoy!
