Filling Ingredients

Step 1 : prepare the filling

Whisk the egg with the coconut sugar and wet ingredients.

Step 2 : mix the dry dough ingredients

Fold in the dry ingredients.

Step 3 : pulse in the wet dough ingredients

Add the chocolate chips to the batter.

Step 4 : roll out dough and add filling

Pour batter into ramekin or mug and microwave for 30 seconds.

Top with ice cream and granola and enjoy!
